Cappers submit
Fifteen indexed handicappers (and a farm league of 30+) submit picks through CapperIndex before every game. Server-timestamped at least one hour before tip-off — no after-the-fact edits.
We grade nightly
Picks are graded against final scores from our real-time sports data feed. Every bet, every line, every stake — settled and published the moment the game ends.
Rank. Repeat. Cut.
The leaderboard updates in real time. At week-end, INDEX cappers below the merit cutoff drop to the Farm and top Farm challengers move up. Transparent, continuous, ruthless.
Every Sunday night,
the ranks reshuffle.
Mediocre performers don't get to coast. At the end of each week, INDEX cappers who fall below the merit cutoff drop to the Farm and top Farm cappers move up to take their seats. To qualify for the INDEX a capper needs 20+ graded picks. To qualify for the Farm, 10+.
The formula is public.

score = 0.60 × units_pct + 0.20 × win_rate_pct + 0.20 × risk_adj_pct
Each component is a percentile rank vs. all tracked cappers for the week. Only picks submitted to CapperIndex pre-game are counted.
